Oscar has been to our home twice to install commodes we ordered from Blank Co. Both times Blank Co. has messed up our order & have been uncooperative about getting it resolved, but Oscar has been the one bright spot in this whole ordeal. We would not have even realized the second mistake had Oscar not pointed it out. He even met me at Blank Co.to show me the different models and what measurements I needed to look for, since the Blank Co. employee I have been dealing with clearly does not know his product. We had been having problems with our hot water, and we found Champions on the internet. Oscar was out here within thirty minutes of my phone call. It turned out the only problem was our pilot light, but just to make sure he tested everything else to make sure it was okay. When everything checked out, he relit the pilot light, told me how to safely do it myself in the future, and then only charged me about half of what a big plumbing company had quoted me earlier in the day. We'll be using Champions in the future if we have any other problems!

Excellent, fast service - Anne - Jul 9, 2009 | I was visiting our daughter's home in Kyle and managed to stop up the sinks by depending too much upon the disposal. I could not remedy the situation with a plunger, so I called Champions Plumbing. Oscar came within twenty minutes and charged the minimum to remedy the problem! I really appreciated the excellent service! |
